Many small businesses make the business of employment too hard on themselves. They manage numerous vendors. They delegate to managers who may not have adequate support or experience. They DIY payroll and HR, hoping they won’t make mistakes and be fined or sued. In many cases, they just don’t know that there is a simpler way—outsourcing HR to a partner that can advise and execute.

Our History

Founded in 1998, NEMR Total HR has been engaged by companies in New Jersey, New York, Delaware and Pennsylvania who have employees in 14 states including California.

The firm grew out of a full-service staffing agency established in 1959. We are built on a fundamental belief that you’re only as good as the last thing you did, you need to be spot on when serving your clients, and you should care equally about business owners, their leaders and their employees. These principles drive NEMR today.
