With my mother being the inspirational entrepreneur and founder of NEMR Total HR, I have been in this industry for as long as I can recall and it fits me well. It feels good to bring clients “ah-ha” moments and suggestions to make things easier for them, to be a mentor and coach, to remove friction and to contribute to their growth and process improvement. What does it take to be successful at HR? Being analytical and listening to our clients is vital. So is experience. I bring over 22 years in HR, project management and operations to my role.
My personal credo is outside of your comfort zone is where the magic happens. I find it immensely empowering both personally and professionally. When I’m not thinking about clients and HR, you can find me spending time and making positive memories with my two amazing teenagers, my family and friends. The time I spend with those I love means everything to me.
